Deme Construction was founded in 2012 by Kevin Fulcher and his step sons. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan Tech University. His passion for site development was built upon while working at Larkin contracting which he grew to own with his partner Terry Huber. In 2007 Larkin was sold, but ultimately Kevin found he still had the desire to be in the site world. Deme Construction is a family business backed by over 75 combined years of experience. Deme Construction specializes in Land Clearing, Earthmoving, Underground Utilities and Roadway Construction. We look forward to building a better community for our local Sarasota, Manatee and Tampa Areas.
